Generally, a single, all-inclusive fee is charged (sometimes referred to as a "wrap fee") based upon a percentage of the market value of the account. The fee usually covers all services for: 1) assistance in the analysis and selection of one or more investment advisers; 2) investment management; 3) execution of portfolio transactions; 4) custody; 5) periodic evaluation and comparison of account performance; and, 6) continuing consultation regarding the client's investment objectives.
